If you are looking to relocate water meters and services on your property, you’ve come to the right place!

Application Process

  1. Pay any outstanding bills and submit application using EWA service channels
  2. Pay the quotation using EWA payment channels

Documents Required

  1. Official ID:
    • Nationals and Residents
      ID card copy or ID card reading data 
    • Non-residents
      Passport copy 
    • Commercial customers
      Copy of the Commercial Registration Certificate or Establishment Certificate 
  2. Technical Services Application
  3. Copy of title deed including aerial map 
  4. Copy of survey certificate 
  5. No-objection letter from the owner (Tenants only)

Service Fees

Service fees calculated based on the type of connection, project, and other technical considerations, in accordance with regulated pricing.

Service Steps

  1. Submit Application
    Submit application and required documents using EWA service channels 
  2. Site Inspection
    Connection design is completed, and site inspection is conducted to assess the new water meter location and to check Customer Water Arrangement is as per EWA standards. A quotation will be  issued after approval from the relevant authorities
  3. Payment Channels 
    Pay the quotation using EWA payment channels
  4. Construction Work
    Prepare for construction work on-site to relocate the water meters and services
  5. Your Service is Complete
