Application Process

  1. Submit application and required documents as soft copies at EWA’s Customer Care Building (CCB) in Um Al Hassam.
  2. Receive submission acknowledgement email; resubmission may be required if any documents are missing or need revision.
  3. Receive approval letter by email.

Service Steps

  1. Submit Application
    Submit your application for Renewable Energy Contractor Licensing, along with all required documents, at the Customer Care Branch (CCB) in Um Al Hassam.
  2. Application Review
    Our team will review your application to verify the contractor’s credentials and ensure compliance with licensing requirements. If any requirements are missing or need revision, you will be asked to resubmit.
  3. Licence Issuance
    Once your application is approved, the licence will be delivered to your email.

Before applying, please ensure that you hold a valid EWA Contractor Licence with a minimum grade of G3, and that your electricians have completed the PV Solar training course and obtained the certificate after successfully passing the exam.
