Application Process

  1. Submit application and required documents using EWA service channels
  2. Pay the quotation using EWA payment channels

Documents Required

  1. Official ID:
    • Nationals and Residents
      ID card copy or ID card reading data
    • Non-residents
      Passport copy
    • Commercial customers
      Copy of the Commercial Registration Certificate or Establishment Certificate.
  2. Electricity and Meter Services Agreement
  3. Extension of Details for Electrical Installations 
  4. Confirmation certificate for the electricity supply power load for private projects
  5. Copy of the building permit
  6. No objection letter from the owner (tenants only)

Service Fees

Service fees calculated based on electricity load and technical considerations in accordance with regulated pricing. For detailed information, please refer to Law No. 13 of 2006.

Service Duration

  • 45 Working Days for Low Voltage (415V), 70 Working Days for High Voltage (11kV)

Service Steps

  1. Submit Your Application
    Submit applications and required documents using EWA service channels.
  2. Service Fees
    Connection design is completed, service fees calculated, and a quotation is issued after approval from relevant authorities.
  3. Payment Channels
    Pay the quotation using EWA payment channels.
  4. Site Work
    Prepare for work to commence on site.
  5. Site Inspection
    Submit the Electricity and Meter Services Agreement for site inspection. If the meter requires replacement, please include the form with your submission.
  6. Your Service is Complete
