EWA approved renewable energy systems' equipment & components, such as photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, external interface protection units and direct current (DC) cables, must all meet the highest international safety and quality standards to ensure that the installed renewable energy systems on customers' premises are innovative, safe and efficient.

Application Process

Submit application and required documents at EWA’s Head Office in Diplomatic Area.

Receive submission acknowledgment email; resubmission may be required if any documents are missing or need revision.

Receive approval letter by email.
Documents Required
- Renewable Equipment Licensing
- Technical Drawings
- Technical Datasheets and catalogues of the requested products
- Type Test Reports and Certificates from an independent accredited testing Laboratory
- Laboratory Scope of accreditation in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate of the manufacturer
- Additional technical documents may be requested as per list of submittals in service request form
