Application Process

  1. Submit application and required documents at EWA’s Customer Care Building in Um Al Hassam.
  2. Receive submission acknowledgment email; resubmission may be required if any documents are missing or need revision.
  3. Receive approval letter by email.

Documents Required

  1. Renewable Equipment Licensing
  2. Technical Drawings
  3. Technical Datasheets and catalogues of the requested products
  4. Type Test Reports and Certificates from an independent accredited testing Laboratory
  5. Laboratory Scope of accreditation in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017
  6. ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate of the manufacturer
  7. List of requested product items in excel format
  8. Additional technical documents may be requested as per list of submittals in service request form

Service Steps

  1. Submit Application
    Submit your application for Electrical Equipment Licensing, along with all required documents, at the Customer Care Branch (CCB) in Um Al Hassam.
  2. Application Review
    Our team will review your submitted equipment documents to ensure compliance with EWA’s regulations and standards. If any requirements are missing or need revision, you will be notified to resubmit the necessary information.
  3. Approval Release
    Once your application is approved, you'll receive an official approval letter by email.
  4. Your Service is Complete
