Service Information

Use this service to request the relocation of an electrical street pole located near your property.

Application Process

  1. Pay any outstanding bills
  2. Submit application and required documents using EWA service channels
  3. Pay the quotation using EWA payment channels

Documents Required

  1. Official ID:
    • Nationals and Residents
      ID card copy or ID card reading data 
    • Non-residents
      Passport copy 
    • Commercial customers
      Copy of the Commercial Registration Certificate or Establishment Certificate 
  2. Technical Services Application
  3. Copy of title deed  including aerial map 
  4. Copy of survey certificate 
  5. No-objection letter from the owner (tenant only)

Service Fees

Service fees calculated based on electricity load and technical considerations in accordance with regulated pricing.

  3. Service Fees
    Service fees calculated, and a quotation is issued after approval from the relevant authorities.

    Pay the quotation using EWA payment channels.
  5. Your Service is Complete

Use this service if you need to remove wall lighting from your premises.
