If you are looking to change your water supply system to a network system, you’ve come to the right place!

Application Process

  1. Pay any outstanding bills
  2. Prepare documents for submission
  3. Submit application using EWA service channels
  4. Pay the quotation using EWA payment channels

Documents Required

  1. Official ID:
    • Nationals and Residents
      ID card copy or ID card reading data 
    • Non-residents
      Passport copy 
    • Commercial customers
      Copy of the Commercial Registration Certificate or Establishment Certificate 
  2. Water Supply & Services Agreement
  3. Plumber Compliance Form
  4. Copy of address certificate 
  5. Copy of title deed including aerial map 
  6. Copy of survey certificate
  7. No-objection letter from the owner (tenants only)

Service Fees

Service fees calculated based water and technical consideration in accordance with regulated pricing. For detailed information, please refer to Law No. 13 of 2006

Service Steps

  1. Submit Application
    Submit application and required documents using EWA service channels
  2. Application Review
    Application reviewed and site inspected to check Customer Water Agreement is as per EWA standards
  3. Service Fee
    Connection design prepared, required work permissions issued, and service quotation calculated, after approval from relevant authorities 
  4. Payment Channels 
    Pay the quotation using EWA payment channels
  5. Construction Work
    Prepare for construction and meter installation
  6. Your Service is Complete
