The amount is calculated based on the average monthly bills during the past 12 months with the applied tariffs. This will help you manage your finances by paying a fixed monthly amount, without being affected by changes in consumption throughout the year, especially during the summer period.

Service Tip
New customers without 12 months of consumption data will have their monthly bill deducted based on the actual billed amount each month. They will be shifted to the Fixed Monthly Direct Debit amount once the required consumption period is met (terms and conditions apply).
