If you require an upgrade to the water connection size at your premises, this service is for you. 

Application Process

  1. Pay any outstanding bills and submit application using EWA service channels
  2. Pay the quotation using EWA payment channels 

Documents Required

  1. Official ID:
    • Nationals and Residents
      ID card copy or ID card reading data 
    • Non-residents
      Passport copy 
    • Commercial customers
      Copy of the Commercial Registration Certificate or Establishment Certificate 
  2. Water Supply & Services Agreement
  3. Plumber Compliance Form
  4. Copy of address certificate 
  5. Copy of title deed including aerial map 
  6. Copy of survey certificate 
  7. No-objection letter from the owner (tenants only)

Service Fees

Service fees calculated based on the type of connection, project, and other technical considerations, in accordance with regulated pricing.

Service Steps

  1. Submit Application
    Submit application and required documents using EWA service channels 
  2. Application Review
    Your application is reviewed and site inspection is conducted
  3. Service Fee
    Connection design completed, required work permissions issued, and service fees calculated based on the type of connection / project 
  4. Payment Channels 
    Pay the quotation using EWA payment channels
  5. Construction Work
    Prepare for construction work on-site to lay the pipeline and upgrade the meters
  6. Your Service is Complete
