The following table is your guide for all technical applications and services forms.

Electricity & Meter Services Agreement
​This agreement allows customers, through a licensed contractor, to request electricity and meter services, such as new connections and meter installations. It ensures proper processing and adherence to EWA guidelines.
This agreement allows customers to request water supply services, including new connections, changes in connection size, modifications to the supply system, and the installation of water sub-meters. It requires details from both the customer and a licensed plumber to ensure compliance with EWA standards.
This form enables customers to request various technical services for electricity and water, such as meter testing, relocation, or removal. It also includes services related to street lighting, such as the installation, relocation, or removal of poles or wall-mounted lights. Customers can provide their details and specify the required service to ensure efficient processing.
This form is used to confirm the visual inspection of electrical wiring and earthing. It must be stamped by a licensed electrical contractor.
This form is used to provide additional details for electrical installation and must be submitted alongside the Electricity & Meter Services Agreement. It also requires a stamp from a licensed electrical contractor.
This form is used to verify that the plumbing work complies with EWA standards and regulations. It must be stamped by a licensed plumber.
