The Minister of EWA receives Representative Zainab Abdel Amir, a member of Parliament



Engineer Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of EWA , received in his office Representative Zainab Abdel Amir, Member of Parliament representing the seventh district in the Capital Governorate.

During the meeting, a number of issues related to the electricity and water sectors were discussed, as His Excellency reviewed the future plans and projects of the Electricity and Water Authority, in addition to his review of the most important recent achievements in the authority and the returns of these achievements in providing electricity and water services to citizens and residents in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

 The meeting dealt with ways to enhance joint cooperation between the Electricity and Water Authority and the Council of Representatives, by supporting the authority’s plans that aim to continuously improve and develop its services, praising his happiness for the sincere efforts made by the representatives in proposing and discussing issues that affect the citizen’s interest and with the joint cooperation between the executive authority and the authority. Legislative efforts to achieve the aspirations of citizens, and to improve the quality and efficiency of the services provided, based on the directives of the wise leadership by documenting and strengthening cooperation between the legislative and executive authorities.

In the same context, His Excellency the Representative reviewed the services needs of her region, praising their efforts and interest in topics of interest to the citizen and their keenness to provide the best services to all citizens and residents.

 His Excellency the Representative expressed her appreciation for the efforts made by the authority to improve the electricity and water services, stressing the importance of continuous cooperation to provide the best services to citizens and residents in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
