Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of EWA, said that the achievements and
contributions of Bahraini women are great in the national development process,
as women in the Kingdom of Bahrain have enjoyed a high position and have
created fair and equal opportunities to participate in the process of building
and giving in light of the comprehensive development process under the prosperous
era of His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the country, may
God protect him and his patrons, and the full support of His Royal Highness
Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and
Prime Minister, may God protect him.
The Minister extended his highest
congratulations, thanks and blessings on the occasion of Bahraini Women’s Day
2021, which coincides this year with the 20th anniversary of the establishment
of the Supreme Council for Women headed by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka
bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty the King and President of the
Supreme Council for Women, may God protect her, under the title “Bahraini
Women.” In national development, a path of advancement in a giving country.” He
said that the annual celebration of Bahraini women embodies the wise
leadership’s interest in Bahraini women in appreciation of their outstanding
giving and their role in various sectors and fields.
The minister added that the Bahraini
woman was named side by side with her male colleague in building this country
and was a mainstay in the national development process, and that the
achievements made in various developmental levels were the Bahraini woman as a
partner in making and achieving it.
