The Minister of EWA His Excellency Eng. Wael bin Nasser Al
Mubarak affirmed that working in the spirit of the Bahrain team contributed to
the completion of many projects at the national level, and that Bahraini youth
are qualified and capable of advancing development based on their "love of
challenge and passion for achievement."
During his participation in an interactive youth discussion
session within the initiatives of the advanced leadership program "Hypo
Youth", which is being held for the second year in a row in a strategic
partnership between the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs, the Institute of
Public Administration (BIPA) and the Bahrain Center for Strategic,
International and Energy Studies (Studies), the Minister affirmed. And through
direct visual communication technology, that the world is developing rapidly,
It became necessary to keep abreast of developments in various fields that
would polish the young Bahraini to achieve qualitative achievements.
Al-Mubarak indicated that Bahraini youth are qualified,
distinguished by creativity, innovation and able to build. His Excellency also
affirmed that the Electricity and Water Authority is pursuing a strategy to
develop its young cadres at various levels, that every employee is a leader in
his field.
During the meeting, an extensive discussion took place between
His Excellency Eng. Wael bin Nasser Al-Mubarak and the youth participating in
the panel discussion on various topics of concern to Bahraini youth and ways to
formulate a number of initiatives and programs that contribute to empowering
youth, developing their talents and capabilities, and preparing them to lead
the bright future of the Kingdom.
It is worth noting that the Hypo Youth Program, a national youth
program that simulates the youth’s thinking, provides the opportunity for young
trainees to meet influential and influential figures in the Kingdom of Bahrain,
to discuss directly with them on various topics, and to participate in making
change through the formulation of creative and innovative ideas and
initiatives. Through these meetings, the program seeks to introduce young
people to best practices in institutional work in general and in government
work in particular, in addition to providing participants with various sciences
and knowledge, in order to qualify them to come up with innovative initiatives
and projects that contribute to achieving the national goals of the Kingdom of
Bahrain and advancing national work. In the future, they can participate in
development and achieve national aspirations.
The program aims to develop youth cadres and refine their
capabilities to achieve local and international achievements that the Kingdom
of Bahrain is proud of. Where the "HIPO" program is a clear
reflection of the Bahraini national vision for institutional work, through uniting
efforts and intensifying teamwork towards investing in youth.
