Minister visits customer services centre



Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussain Mirza visited the customer services centre of the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) at Muharraq to take stock of its working.

The minister was accompanied by EWA Chief Executive Officer Sheikh Nawaf bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa and other officials.

 

 

The minister witnessed the quality of services provided at the centre as part of his visits to see first-hand how officials deal with customers and subscribers.

The minister followed up on the progress of work in various departments, met employees and customers and listened to their suggestions and grievances.

The visit came as part of the directives and guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister, who is keen that officials take care of the needs of citizens and offer the best possible services.

Dr. Mirza reiterated that the EWA would always strive to provide the best-possible services to everyone and work towards implementation of Bahrain's 2030 Economic Vision. He thanked the staff, employees and officials for their dedication and hard work and appreciated their efforts in providing the best services to citizens and residents.
