Launching this web site www.ewa.bh comes abreast of technological and technical developments as witnessed worldwide, similarly locally enhanced for the Kingdom of Bahrain. This is the era where maintaining advanced levels of timely online customer care has become essential moreover crucial to meet the ever increasing EWA service users expectations whether in availability or interactivity, as well as to provide informative gateway towards EWA for the whole world. .

The creation of the website comes in line with the high commands of His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa, the King of Bahrain, who is eager to ensure that all services provided by various Ministries and other Government organizations are accessible and reachable to all citizens throughout the Kingdom. This ambition was also stressed upon by the Government under the leadership of His Royal Highness the Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, with the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince and First Deputy Prime Minister. All directives converge toward the principle of servicing the citizens, facilitating procedures within a framework of transparency to ensure that all citizens’ complaints reach relevant officials in Ministries, institutions and government bodies, and  the necessity to get them followed up to apply  appropriate solutions.
